What can I expect during my visit?

Your consultation is a personalised experience. We will discuss your vision, budget, and preferences, and present carefully selected diamonds or gemstones that align with your requirements. If you are designing a custom piece, we will guide you through the process step by step.

Is there any obligation to purchase?

No. Our consultations are designed to provide expert guidance in a relaxed environment. There is no obligation to proceed with a purchase.

How long does a consultation take?

Most appointments take approximately 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your needs. We allow sufficient time to ensure you feel informed and confident in your decision.

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

No preparation is required. If you are exploring engagement rings, you may wish bring design inspiration images, an idea of preferred budget range and your ring size, but we can assist with sizing during the consultation.

How close are you to public transport?

We are a three minute walk from Martin Place Station, making us easily accessible by train.

Is parking available nearby?

Yes. The nearest paid parking facility is the 25 Martin Place parking station, located within walking distance of our showroom.
