Frequently Asked Questions
We ship our items securely using Australia Post Express Post delivery service, with trackable Signature On Delivery.
Orders outside of Australia are sent using Australia Post International Express Post service, with trackable Signature On Delivery.
You'll receive an email order confirmation with the tracking number when your beautiful item is shipped. Please allow 7 days for your item to arrive. For orders outside of Australia please allow 7 to 14 days.
We don't accept refunds on our made to order jewellery piece, so please select with care and consult with us before deciding. We do accept refunds on our loose Argyle diamonds. For any reason at all, if you're not happy with your Argyle diamond, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchasing date. Simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your tracking number and enclose your receipt.

Our pieces are made to the highest standards and we offer a lifetime manufacturer's warranty on our pieces. If your item is damaged through general wear and tear we offer a repair service. Depending on the damage, repair services start at $40. More complex repairs will be quoted to you and agreed upon before we begin the repair.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your approved refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund will appear into your account. If you have still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: The Trust Building, 155 King Street, Level 5, Suite 502, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.
