Returns
For any reason at all, if you're not happy with your purchase we accept returns within 30 days of the purchasing date. Simply send us an email at sales@australiandiamondvalley.com.au and let us know your tracking number and enclose your receipt.

Our pieces are made to the highest standards and we offer a lifetime manufacturer's warranty on our pieces. If your item is damaged through general wear and tear we offer a repair service. Depending on the damage, repair services start at $20. More complex repairs will be quoted to you and agreed upon before we begin the repair.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your approved refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund will appear into your account. If you have still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@australiandiamondvalley.com.au.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@australiandiamondvalley.com.au and send your item to: The Trust Building, 155 King Street, Level 5, Suite 502, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.

Please note, unfortunately, we do not cover the costs of shipping to return your item.
